Known for her passion for service and attention to details , Titiya’s career includes senior executive roles such as Vice President-Operations at Dusit International Hotels & Resorts , Chief Operating Officer at Siam Sindhorn, and General Manager of prestigious properties including Dusit Thani Bangkok, Anantara Siam, Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok and award-winning Four Seasons resorts, where she made history as the first Thai General Manager within Four Seasons. She has extensive experience in pre-opening, rebranding, multi-property oversight, and managing large teams, combined with strong academic credentials including a PhD in Tourism and Hospitality Management, an MBA with distinction, and certification as an Executive Coach from UC Berkeley, reflecting both operational excellence and strategic leadership capability.
